Why White Parents Won’t Choose Black Schools

Welcome to Houston… The 610 Loop will experience this in about 2yrs. The Heights have already had this issue and have a committee formed to encourage affluent whites in the area to actually invest in their neighborhood school. It is a very sad commentary on the state of racial politics, lack of American evolution and educational equality.

The author nailed it on the head. Alternatively, I would like to say that perhaps their kids don’t belong in the community school. Those children have a hard enough time growing and thriving with “less than” why be subjected to engaging with children who are being reared by social cowards steeped in their liberal prejudice. Those kids not deserve that stain on their quality of life.
